Practice has officially started. Both Quinnipiac and Wagner held events last night, while Monmouth had people over to watch practice at the MAC.
Wagner:
The dunks from Wagner’s Madness Before Midnight event are once again the story. The Seahawks have a ton of athleticism and it seems like Dwaun Anderson is going to fit right in. Here’s Josh Thompson jumping over his parents and the Anderson going through his legs. The two finished tied for the championship.
Quinnipiac:
The Bobcats had 3,100 people come out out to TD Bank Sports Center to check out the team. Also there? The Zooperstars! Here’s a slideshow of photos from the event.
Monmouth:
The Hawks held an open practice and Tony Graham of the Asbury Park Press got to talk to King Rice about the new season. He once again brings up the fact that Marcus Ware looks like a different player. If there’s one reason Monmouth could outperform expectations I think Ware returning to his Newcomer of the Year form would be it.
Bryant apparently held an event on Thursday night. Did we miss any events? Let us know!
