Boston College held Fordham to 32.1% shooting for the game to get to .500 and pull away with a 64-55 win over Fordham at Barclays Center.
However to head coach Jim Christian, the record is not what he worries about after the season’s first 12 games.
“We got better, I mean, I’m not worried about records we got nine new players,” Christian said. “We had to endure a lot early season, we’re starting to play well, we’re starting to play with more confidence.”
“We can only go forward. The last 3 games we’ve played well and we have to now try to find some consistency. We get a little bit of a break for Christmas and then we get back, we play New Hampshire and then we get to ACC play, but I’m more concerned with us getting better. I can’t worry about what happened with noroviruses or anything else that went on, it’s irrelevant. It’s a long year.”
